DOD Procurement Conference: Closing Remarks, Dr. Alexis Lasselle Ross of the Army

At our DOD Procurement Conference in July 2019, Dr. Alexis Lasselle Ross of the Army gave the closing remarks to wrap up the day’s discussion. The event focused on changes to the procurement processes and whether they go far enough, or too far, in rectifying the issues exposed by the OIG report and their underlying causes, such as consolidation in the defense industrial base and government access to intellectual property.
