Mr. Winters is a correspondent with the Capitol Forum covering antitrust issues. He graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Religious Studies. Previously, he has worked as a Research Intern with the Development Action Group in Cape Town, South Africa, where he concentrated on Affordable Housing and Land Use economic policies.  Mr. Winters has also held appointed and elected leadership roles with organizations including TEDxUNC, UNC Student Congress, and the UNC Student Fee Audit Committee.
