Ms. Lubell is a Senior Correspondent who covers antitrust issues. She joined The Capitol Forum after more than six years as an associate in the Antitrust Group of Shearman & Sterling, where she defended clients in merger investigations before the U.S. antitrust agencies. While at Shearman & Sterling, Ms. Lubell also advised clients on various antitrust matters related to price fixing, joint ventures and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance. She has represented clients from a wide variety of industries, including media, technology, financial services, manufacturing and automotive parts.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lubell worked as an Honors Paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition. Ms. Lubell holds a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, a M.Sc. in International Business Law from EDHEC Business School (France) and a J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Business Law Brief.
