Mr. Bruenig is a correspondent covering consumer protection and other regulatory and legislative developments. Prior to joining The Capitol Forum, Mr. Bruenig worked as an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board and as a policy analyst for Demos think tank. Mr. Bruenig has also written for a number of popular publications, including The Washington Post, The Atlantic, and The New Republic.

Mr. Bruenig holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from Boston University.
