Mr. Park heads the Capitol Forum’s Mergers and Acquisitions team.  Mr. Park has over 20 years of experience and was previously a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Department of Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s antitrust advisory, transactional, and litigation practices.  Mr. Park has represented clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and civil non-merger investigations in a wide range of industries, including media, pharmaceuticals, defense, entertainment, telecommunications, energy, retail, and technology.  Mr. Park has advised on numerous high-profile transactions and regularly appeared before the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust authorities.

Mr. Park is a former Vice Chair of the ABA Communications Industry Committee of the Antitrust Section and a former Associate Editor of both the “Antitrust Source” and the “Party Line.”  He holds a B.A. from Cornell University, a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and an LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center.
