Kirk Barden

Mr. Barden is a senior software developer at The Capitol Forum. In his previous life, he helped the USAspending.gov team keep the data flowing from Federal agencies to citizens via the USAspending website. Prior to that, he co-founded Skoolar.com where college students could link up with other students through classes and common interests and could share works and accomplishments with their peers. Preceding Skoolar, Mr. Barden worked for Discovery Logic tying outcomes to research grant funding and spearheaded several fun and interesting experimental proof-of-concept projects involving data mining and predictive algorithms.
