On Thursday, May 14 at 10:00 a.m. ET, The Capitol Forum will host a conference call with Roger Nober, Director of the George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center and former Chair of the Surface Transportation Board. The conversation will be hosted by The Capitol Forum’s Senior Correspondent Josh Kosman.

This timely discussion will examine the proposed Union Pacific-Norfolk Southern rail merger and the regulatory, competitive, and political issues surrounding the transaction.
