David Barclay

Mr. Barclay is an adviser at the Capitol Forum. Previously, Mr. Barclay served in the Office of Policy Planning within the Federal Trade Commission, where he focused on pharmaceutical and drug pricing policy.

Prior to the FTC, Mr. Barclay worked at American Economic Liberties Project and as an attorney addressing corporate misconduct and representing plaintiffs in class action litigation. Mr. Barclay received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
