EU Weighs Quotas and Price Floors on Electrical Steel Imports, Mainly From China

Global exporters of grain-oriented electrical steel to the EU could face a combination of quotas and minimum import prices of up to €5,600 a ton under a safeguard measure being developed by the European Commission, according to an internal document seen by The Capitol Forum
