Anthony W. Mariano

Anthony W. Mariano is Chief of the Antitrust Division at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Before joining the office, he spent more than eight years with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, working in both civil and criminal enforcement, and also served in the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Earlier, he practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, focusing on antitrust matters. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
