Josh Tzuker is Partner and Global Head of Competition at FGS Global, where he advises organizations on competition policy, transactions and engagement with regulators, enforcers and policymakers. He has more than 25 years of government and private-sector experience and most recently served as Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. Tzuker previously worked at the Federal Trade Commission, served as a senior policy advisor on competition and privacy at Oracle, and spent a decade working in Congress.
