Keynote by Alberto Bacchiega | The DMA in Practice: Enforcement, AI and Geopolitics Three Years On

“The DMA in Practice: Enforcement, AI and Geopolitics Three Years On” brought together senior European Commission officials, technology companies, legal experts, industry leaders, and journalists to examine the evolving digital regulatory landscape in Europe, including DMA enforcement, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital competition and innovation, and the geopolitical forces shaping technology policy.

Opening Keynote: Dr. Alberto Bacchiega, Director for Digital Platforms, DG COMP, European Commission. Dr. Bacchiega, who leads Digital Markets Act enforcement within DG COMP, opened the conference with remarks on the evolution and next phase of DMA enforcement.
