Acadia Healthcare: Analysis of Pennsylvania Database Finds Facility Violations Far Outpace State Average for Substance Abuse Rehabs; Similar Violations Found by Regulators in North Carolina

A Capitol Forum analysis of the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs database of treatment centers in the state finds that centers run by Acadia Healthcare (ACHC) have significantly higher rates of regulatory violations when compared with non-Acadia centers. These rates of violations were often severalfold higher than other facilities.
