Elliott Morris, Head of Analytics at FiftyPlusOne and writer of Strength In Numbers. The discussion will examine what voters say they want from the political parties, how concerns about higher prices are shaping public opinion, how the political landscape has changed since January 2025, and what current polling and forecasting suggest about the races for control of the House and Senate. G. Elliott Morris is Head of Analytics at FiftyPlusOne, where he manages the editorial operation and statistical models behind its polling averages and election forecasts. He is also the writer of Strength In Numbers, which provides independent, data-driven analysis of politics, public opinion and elections. Morris previously served as Editorial Director of Data Analytics at ABC News, where he oversaw FiveThirtyEight’s political data journalism and election forecasting, and earlier worked as a Senior Data Journalist at The Economist.
