Kathleen Claussen Bio:

Kathleen Claussen is a Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center and a leading authority on international economic law and trade policy. She has testified before the U.S. Congress and European Parliament on trade agreements and executive power and previously served as Associate General Counsel at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, representing the United States in international trade disputes. Her scholarship has appeared in the Yale Law Journal, Columbia Law Review, and Stanford Law Review, and she serves as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Economic Law.

Beth Baltzan Bio:

Beth Baltzan is a Senior Advisor at The Capitol Forum and previously served as Counselor for Trade and Investment to U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai. A former attorney at USTR and Democratic Trade Counsel for the House Ways and Means Committee, she has extensive experience in trade law, congressional oversight, and regulatory policy.
