Nicholas Cheolas is a Partner at Wiley and an antitrust litigator who advises clients on competition issues, investigations, enforcement matters, and litigation. Before joining Wiley, he served at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, with experience in matters involving technology, digital markets, and data-driven industries.

Karina Lubell

Karina Lubell is a Partner in Brunswick Group’s Global Antitrust and Competition practice, where she advises clients navigating regulatory scrutiny, complex transactions, and public affairs challenges. She previously served as Chief of Competition Policy and Advocacy at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and, prior to joining DOJ, was a Senior Correspondent at The Capitol Forum.
