Guest Bio: Sean M. Flaim is a Visiting Scholar at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Legislation Committee. He writes on antitrust law, constitutional structure, and concentrated economic power in his personal capacity. Sean has previously served as a legal intern in the Office of Commissioner Julie Brill at the Federal Trade Commission and as a senior attorney with the federal government. He is the author of a forthcoming book on the institutional mechanisms through which societies manage rivalry and concentrated power.
