Michael Kades Bio
Michael Kades is an Antitrust Partner at Nachawati Law Group with more than two decades of experience in competition law and enforcement. He previously served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led civil enforcement efforts and helped shape national antitrust strategy. In his current role, he represents state attorneys general, government entities, and public agencies in their efforts to combat anti-competitive practices and protect consumers through strategic enforcement actions.
Adam Gitlin Bio
Adam Gitlin is the Chief of the Antitrust and Nonprofit Enforcement Section at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where he leads the District’s enforcement of antitrust and nonprofit laws. Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, he practiced at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, focusing on complex antitrust class actions, and previously served as a Trial Attorney in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Earlier in his career, he clerked for The Honorable Noel Anketell Kramer of the D.C. Court of Appeals.
