Charles Benoit Bio:
Charles Benoit is Trade Counsel for the Coalition for a Prosperous America, where he advocates for trade policy that supports U.S. producers and workers. A seasoned trade attorney, he has represented clients before federal courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He previously served as in-house trade counsel for General Electric and was one of three U.S. attorneys hired by the European Commission to advise on U.S. law during the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership negotiations.
