The Capitol Forum will host a conference call with Ben Neumeyer, Counsel at Enlightened Privacy, PC, and a former correspondent at The Capitol Forum, to discuss his paper, “When The Call Is Coming from Inside the House,” published in the Quinnipiac Law Review, Vol. 44.
The discussion will examine the privacy and legal risks created by the centralization of sensitive government data through DOGE, including the potential for data shared by technology platforms to be combined with government datasets and used in ways that extend far beyond its original purpose. Ben will also discuss how technology companies should reassess their data-sharing practices in response to these emerging risks.
