Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) proposed Juniper Networks (JNPR) acquisition enters a perilous phase as DOJ is scheduled to meet with the companies’ representatives tomorrow to discuss that it’s leaning toward suing to block the $14 billion deal, according to sources familiar with the matter.
