Hewlett Packard Enterprise/Juniper Networks: DOJ Likely to Either Sue or Clear Unconditionally, With No Proposed Remedy on Table; Review Could Extend Past This Week

DOJ will likely either clear unconditionally or sue to block Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s proposed acquisition of rival Juniper Networks and isn’t assessing a proposed remedy to address any concerns with the $14 billion deal, sources familiar with the matter said.
