After more than 10 years, a major private antitrust case against Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is approaching a milestone that could have ramifications not only for the world’s largest maker of single-serve coffee products but also for U.S. government lawsuits against Big Tech behemoths, Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) and Visa (V).
