NextEra/Dominion: Watchdogs and State Senator Call for Virginia Regulator’s Recusal From Review of Largest-Ever U.S. Utility Merger

The chair of the Virginia utility regulator that would review NextEra Energy’s (NEE) $66.8 billion acquisition of Dominion Energy (D) should recuse herself because of previous employment at the acquirer, utility and consumer watchdogs said.
