The European Commission is seeking market feedback on Prosus’s offer to sell down its stake in food delivery platform Delivery Hero (ETR: DHER) before it decides whether to accept the remedy or send the investment firm’s €4.1 billion acquisition of Just Eat Takeaway.com (AMS: TKWY) to phase 2, according to sources familiar with the matter.
