On September 29, 2026, The Capitol Forum hosted The Future of State and Congressional Antitrust Enforcement, a conference in Washington, D.C., in partnership with FGS Global.
The State Antitrust Enforcement Roundtable brought together Ron Knox of the Institute for Local Self-Reliance, Anthony W. Mariano of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, and Cole Niggeman of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. The discussion was moderated by Michael Kades of Nachawati Law Group.
The panel explored the evolving role of state-level antitrust enforcement and the challenges and opportunities facing state enforcers in addressing competition concerns.
