China’s antitrust authority has expressed some initial concerns that Skyworks Solutions’ (SWKS) proposed acquisition of rival electronic components maker Qorvo (QRVO) could lead to illegal bundling practices and unfair disadvantages for home-grown competitors, sources familiar with the matter said.
