Cole Niggeman is an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust and Nonprofit Enforcement Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. He previously joined the office as a Charles F.C. Ruff Fellow in the Public Advocacy Division and has worked on antitrust and nonprofit enforcement matters, including the District’s participation in federal antitrust litigation. Niggeman earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow and was among the school’s 2023 Pro Bono Honors recipients.
