Doha Mekki previously served as Acting Assistant Attorney General and Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where she oversaw the Division’s civil and criminal enforcement, litigation, and competition policy initiatives. During her tenure, she played a key role in merger enforcement and cases involving digital markets, labor competition, healthcare, and other major sectors of the U.S. economy.
She currently serves as a senior fellow at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, focusing on competition policy and economic justice.
