Tammy Brandt is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she oversees corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, intellectual property, government relations, and governance for one of the world’s leading entertainment and sports agencies.
Previously, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Business and Legal Affairs at FaZe Clan, where she led the company’s public listing via SPAC transaction in 2022. She has also held senior legal leadership roles at Dreamscape Immersive and DXC Technology, bringing deep experience at the intersection of media, technology, and corporate strategy.
