Mr. Baine leads the Forum’s data acquisition and analytics efforts, and also serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining The Capitol Forum, Mr. Baine spent his career in the investment world. He most recently served as a quantitative analyst at WEDGE Capital Management, where he helped oversee $2.5 billion in quantitative equity strategies. Before his time at WEDGE, Mr. Baine worked in risk management at Strategic Investment Group, a firm that manages diversified investment portfolios for institutional clients.
He holds a B.S.E. with honors in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with high honors.
